Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS, via methods that include a tracking number.

For physical items, you'll receive a shipping notification as soon as your pattern has been packaged for shipping. Patterns usually go out in the mail the next day, but please allow up to three business days.

Due to recent disruptions at the USPS, packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Unfortunately, once it leaves our hands, we can do little to control the speed of shipping.
